Power of entry

Power of entry.-Any oacer or servant of the Board, generally or specially authorised by the Board, in this behalf, may, at any reasonable time after giving the owner or occupier reasonable notice, enter upon any land or premises and there do such things as may be reasonably necessary for the purposes of lawfully using any transmission lines or main transmission lines or of nlaking any survey, examination or investigation preliminary or incidental to the exercise of powers or the performance of duties by the Board under this Act.
