Operation of Board's generating stations

Operation of Board's generating stations.-Where the Board itself establishes a new generating station or acquires a generating station otherwise for the purpose of closing it down, it shall operate the station itself, but the Board may, with the sanction of the Government, make arrangements with any licensee or other person for its operation, if, in the opinion of the Board, it is desirable so to do.
