Leases of generating stations

Leases of generating stations.—No licensee shall, except with the previous approval in writing of the Board and subject to any conditions which the Board may think fit to impose, enter into any arrangement whereby any generating station is to be let or held on lease by him, and any such arrangement entered into in contravention of this sub-section shall be void and of no effect.
