Schedule VI (See section 57) (1) Every salaried officer and teacher of an affiliated college shall be appointed in writing. (2) Any contract for service between an affiliated college and any of its salaried officers or teachers shall be lodged with the Registrar of the University. (3) The college shall maintain a record of the service of every such officer and teacher and such record shall be signed by the officer or teacher concerned. (4) Any dispute arising out of a contract between the college and any of its salaried officers or teachers shall, at the request of the officer or teacher concerned, be referred to a Tribunal of Arbitration consisting of one member nominated by the Governing Body of the college, one member nominated by the officer or teacher concerned and an umpire appointed by the Vice-Chancellor. (5) The decision of the Tribunal shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court.
