Annual accounts and financial estimates

1. (1) The annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the State Government for such audit as the State Government may direct.
2. (2) The accounts when audited shall be published by the Executive Council in the Official Gazette and copies thereof shall be submitted to the Senate and to the State Government.
3. (3) The Executive Council shall also prepare, before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the financial estimates for the ensuing year.
4. (4) Every such estimate shall be considered by the Senate at its annual meeting and the Senate may approve the same with such modifications as it may think fit.
