Supplementary provisions.

1. (1) The Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council may make rules and regulations for all matters relating to the University and the students thereof, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations.
2. (2) All such rules and regulations shall be consistent with the provisions of this Act and shall, when made, be published in such manner as the Senate may direct.
