Power to remove difficulties

Power to remove difficulties.

1. (1) If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of the University after the commencement of this Act, or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government, as occasion may require, may by order do anything which appears to it necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
2. (2) No such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
