Jurisdiction of the University

1. (1) No education institution situate within the University Area shall, save with the sanction of the State Government, be associated in any way with, or seek admission to any privileges of, any other University established by law.
2. (2) Any such privilege of any other University enjoyed by any education institution situate within the University Area immediately before the appointed day shall be deemed to be withdrawn as from such day.
3. (3) On and after the appointed day, no educational institution situate outside the University Area shall, save with the sanction of the State Government, be associated in any way with, or seek admission to any privileges of, the University.
