Right to appeal

Any employee or student aggrieved by any decision of the University shall have the right to appeal to the appellate authority within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed. The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident fund and pension fund or provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
