The Boards of Studies shall be the principal academic body for the design and development of the academic programmes of the University. The Controller of Finance shall be appointed by Board of Management (BOM) in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed;
