Repeal

The Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Mein Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhyadesh, 1999 (No. 29 of 1999) is hereby repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. All the Farmers Organisations existing on the date of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be the Farmers Organisations constituted under this Act and shall continue to function till the expiry of their term according to the bye-laws and regulations made under this Act. The Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam 1999. (No. 23 of 1999) and orders resolution if any, in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, are hereby repealed or rescinded, as the case may be, in respect of matters covered by this Act. Provided that any order made or action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
