Dissolution of Farmer Organization

In case of failure of the Farmer Organization to discharge its duties as per the provisions of the Act, the Government may order its dissolution. Sankalp Patra (Memorandum of Association) of every Water Users Association, as per its area of operation and having the approval of the general body, shall be filed with the Distict Collector or the officer authorised by him in this behalf. For every Lift Irrigation and Tube Well Scheme under this Act, there shall be one Water Users' Association.
