Savings

(1) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Mein Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhyadesh, 2006, anything done or any action taken (including any appointment or delegation made, notification, instruction or direction issued or any rule, regulation or form framed) under the said Adhyadesh shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. (2) The Farmers' Organisation Constituted under the said Adhyadesh shall continue to function till the expiry of its term under the provisions of this Act. Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the rights or properties vested in a Gram Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat, Zila Panchayat, Nagar Panchayat, Municipal Council or Municipal Corporation under any law for the time being in force.
