Constitution of Sub-committees in farmers' organisation

(1) The Managing Committee of a farmers' organization may constitute sub-committee to carryout all or any of the functions vested in each organization under the Act. (2) The sub-committees constituted under sub-section (1) shall have a minimum of one-third women members from the concerned farmers' organisation.
