Disposal of Assets

The Water Users Association shall not dispose of, or encumber, any of its movable or immovable assets without the prior approval of the General Body and the prescribed authority. The funds received, raised and collected by the Water Users' Association, shall be utilized for the objects of the Water Users' Association in the prescribed manner.
