Dissolutions of Existing Authorities and vesting in the Capital Region Development Authority On and from the date of dissolution of the Town and Country Development Authority(ies) and Special Area Development Authority(ies) under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Nagar tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973, the assets and liabilities of such Authorities shall vest in the Capital Region Development Authority.
