Any such empowered committee shall not be comprised of less than seven members.

Constitution of the Executive Committee

1. (1) There shall be an Executive Committee of the Capital Region Development Authority consisting of:- i. The Capital Region- Chief Executive Officer, who shall be the Chairman; ii. Director of Chhattisgarh Town and Country Planning; iii. The Director, Urban Administration & Development; iv. Member-Urban Planner, Member-Engineer, Member-Finance, Member-Estates, Member-Environment as nominated by the Government; v. The Collectors of all the Districts covered by the Capital Region; vi. Other members nominated by the Government.
2. (2) Subject to the general superintendence and control of the Capital Region Development Authority, the management and administration of the affairs of the Capital Region Development Authority shall vest in the Executive Committee.
