Deviations during Development/undertaking of Layouts works and Unauthorized Development/Construction

Statutory text

(1) If during the execution of any development works / layout works / and deviation in any civil works / departure is made from the Development Permission granted, the owner may obtain revised sanction as per the procedure laid down in Section 17.
(2) Where a development/ construction is undertaken by an owner, builder or developer without approval or in violation of the Capital Region Development Plan and Investment Plan or an area development plan or development scheme or any rule, regulation, order, the local authority concerned may take immediate necessary steps against the said unauthorized development/ construction as per the provisions of the respective law.
(3) The Capital Region Development Authority may give directions to the concerned local authority to take action against any unauthorized development/construction and the said local authority shall take action accordingly.
