Short title, extent and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2025.
- (2) It shall extend to the Chhattisgarh State Capital Region.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification appoint
