Provided further that the minimum area for such Town Development Schemes shall be declared as per the detailed rules which may be published by the State Government.

Cost of Town Development Scheme

1. (1) The cost of a Town Development Scheme shall include:- a. all sums payable to the Capital Region Development Authority under the provisions of this Act; b. all sums spent or estimated to be spent by the Capital Region Development Authority or any other body authorized to undertake the Town Development Scheme: c. all sums in the making of the Town Development Scheme; d. all sums in the execution of the Town Development Scheme; e. all sums in the execution of such part of the peripheral and bulk services as may be considered necessary;
2. (2) The above costs shall be apportioned to the final cost of the developed plots accordingly.
