20.

  1. (1) The Executive Council shall consist of the following members, namely:-- Sl. No. Designation Status 1. The Vice-Chancellor Chairperson 2. The Registrar Member-Secretary
  1. (2) The Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University.
  2. (3) The powers and functions of the Executive Council shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
  3. (4) The Executive Council shall meet at least four times in a calendar year.
  4. (5) The quorum for the meeting of the Executive Council shall be four members.
