18.
- (1) The Governing Body shall consist of the following members, namely:-- Sl. No. Designation Status 1. The Chancellor Chairperson 2. The Vice-Chancellor Member
- (2) The Governing Body shall meet at least three times in a calendar year.
- (3) The quorum for the meeting of the Governing Body shall be five members.
