The Governing and Academic Council shall have the power to withdraw a

Certificate or Diploma or a Degree or any other academic distinction including an honorary degree academic distinction granted to, or conferred upon a student or an eminent person, for good and sufficient reason to be enumerated in the regulations. The Council shall follow the same procedure follow for awarding honorary degrees.

Teaching and Curriculum

13. (@) Allteaching inthe University shall be done by teaching appointed by the

University in accordance with the regulations.

1. (i) The syllabus, curriculum, the manner of organization of teaching and other connected matters in respect of each course or programme of study in the University shall be as prescribed in the regulations.
