Power to make Regulations

The Government may also make regulations consistent with this Act and the rule made there under to carry out the purpose of the Act and without prejudice to the generality of this power such regulations may provide for –

1. (a) the terms and conditions for the continuance of use of any land otherwise than in conformity with development plan and development scheme; [renumbered]1
2. (b) terms and conditions for disposals of lands, houses, buildings and other structure and byelaws applicable to planning areas or regions, and [renumbered]1
