Overriding Effect

[If any of the provisions of this Act is found repugnant to or in conflict with any of the provisions of any other law or laws either made by the State Legislature or adopted by the State Government, the provision or provisions of this Act shall have the Overriding Effect over the corresponding conflicting provision of such other law or laws.]
