Review of Development Plan

Statutory text
- (1) The Department may, on its own motion or if so required by the State Government shall, at any time after Development plan has come into operation, undertake the review and evaluation of the development plan and make such modification in it as may be justified by the circumstances. Provided that District or Regional Development Plan shall be reviewed at least once in every 10 years whereas, Interim Development Plan, Urban Development Plan and Rural or Sector Plan shall be reviewed at least once in every 5 years.
