Rural or Sectoral Plan

The [Chief Town & Country Planner] may on its own motion, at any time before or after the publication of the Development Plan, or thereafter also required by the State Government shall, within six months or as fixed by Government from time to time such requisition prepared Rural or Sectoral Plan.
