Restriction in land use and development

As from the date of publication to prepare a development scheme, no person shall, within the area or region included in the scheme, institute or change the use of any land or building or carry out any development scheme in accordance with the development authorised by the Department in accordance with the provisions of this Act prior to the publication of such declaration.
