Prohibition against unauthorised intermeddling with property of the Municipality

Prohibition against unauthorised intermeddling with property of the Municipality:

1. (1) No person shall, without any authority in that behalf, remove earth, sand or other material from, or deposit any matter in, or make any encroachment on, any land vested in the Municipality, or in any way obstruct such land.
2. (2) No person shall interfere with, or encroach upon, or otherwise damage, any property belonging to, or vested in, the Municipality.
