Chapter III MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES

Municipal authorities: The Municipal authorities charged with the responsibility of carrying out of the provisions of this Act for each municipal area shall be-
- (a) the Municipality,
- (b) the Executive Council, and
- (c) the Chairman.
