Staff of State Election Commission

Staff of State Election Commission:

1. (1) The State Election Commission shall have such staff, made available to it by the Governor when so requested by it, as may be necessary for the discharge of the functions conferred on it by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5.
2. (2) The terms and conditions of service of the members of the staff made available to the State Election Commission by the Governor shall be regulated in accordance with the rules regulating the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the State Government for the time being in force.
