Election of the Municipality

Election of the Municipality: The superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of the electoral rolls for, and conduct of, all elections to the Municipalities shall vest in the State Election Commission which shall perform its functions in accordance with this Act and such rules as the State Government may make from time to time.
