Provision of latrines for labourers

Provision of latrines for labourers: Every person employing workmen, labourers or other person exceeding ten in number shall provide and maintain for the separate use of persons of each sex so employed latrines of such description and number and in such position, as the Chairman or any officer authorised by the Chairman in this behalf may by notice require, within such time as may be fixed in the notice.
