Permission for construction of latrine or urinal near road, tank or water-course

Permission for construction of latrine or urinal near road, tank or water-course: No person shall, without the permission of the Chairman-

1. (i) construct latrine or urinal with a door or trap door opening onto any road or drain;
2. (ii) construct or keep any latrine, urinal, cesspool, house-drain or receptacle sewage or other offensive matter within fifty feet of any tank or water course or a tank or water course which the inhabitants of any locality use.
