Power to remove difficulties

Power to remove difficulties.-

1. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such Provisions or take such measures, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
2. (2) The Government may, make an order under sub-section
3. (1) to have effect from any date not earlier than the date of commencement of this Act.
