The Superintendent shall report such incident to the Head of Directorate, as may be prescribed under the rules.

Prison and Correctional Institution Regimen for Transgender prisoners

1. (1) Separate enclosures/wards in prison and correctional institution for transgender prisoner, may be provided, as may be prescribed under the rules.
2. (2) Transgender prisoner may be provided access to any specific health-care needs.
3. (3) Transgender prisoner may be provided access to correctional services.
