Discipline in Prison and Correctional Institution

Discipline in Prison and Correctional Institution.-

1. (1) The Superintendent shall have the necessary authority and shall be responsible for maintaining discipline in the prison and correctional institution, in accordance with the provisions of the Act or rules made thereunder.
2. (2) The manner of enforcing discipline in the prison and correctional institutions shall be such, as may be prescribed under the rules.
3. (3) Every prisoner shall obey the orders and instructions of correctional services officials and abide by the provisions of this Act and comply with such other directions as may be prescribed under the rules.
