Articles of prisoners

Articles of prisoners.- All valuable articles of a prisoner, in respect whereof no order of a Competent Court has been made and which under the rules may be brought into a prison and correctional institution by any prisoner or sent to the prison and correctional institution for the inmate's use, shall be placed in the custody of the official authorized by the Superintendent in this behalf.
