Statutory text
(1) the persons appointed under section 17 shall function under -elle administrative supervisory and disciplinary control of the Board. (2) the provisions of theMadhya Pradesh Civil Services (Classification control and Appeal) rules, 1966 shall apply mutatis mutandis for disciplinary action against a person appointed under Section 17 orthe Act.
