Establishment of Welfare Centres

The Board may establish and maintain such number of welfare centres and other facilities as it may deem fit for the welfare of the employees and their families. The State Government may, by notification, amend or modify the rules made under this Act. The Board may from time to time, with the previous sanction of the State Government and subject to the provisions of this Act and to such conditions as may be specified in this behalf borrow any sum required for the purposes of this Act. The annual stateement of accounts of the board shall be prepared in Form D.
