Power to remove difficulties
The Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Adhiniyam, the State Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Adhiniyam which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (1) No Court inferior to that of a Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under Section 31. (2) No prosecution for such offence shall be instituted except by an Inspector with the previous sanction of the Welfare Commissioner. (3) No Court shall take cognizance of such offence unless complaint thereof is made within six months of the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed. the Expenditure on officers and the servants appointed under Chapter IV of the Act and other administrative expenditure shall not exceed 50 per cent, of the annual income of the fund.
