Kerala Agricultural Workers' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Scheme, 1996

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Scheme may be called the Kerala Agricultural Workers' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Scheme, 1996. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of the Scheme—In the Kerala Agricultural Workers Welfare Fund Scheme, 1990, in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 27, after serial number (3), the following shall be added, namely:— "(4) Where none of the persons mentioned in serial numbers (1) to (3) exist, nominee of the deceased member. Total amount".
