Recovety of the Moneys

If any amount is due from a landowner under the provisions of the Act or the Scheme, the Chief Executive or. an officer of the Bbard authorised by the Chief Executive, after due enquiry shall ascertain the amount of arrears and shall issue a certificate for that amount to the Collector of the district and such Collector shall thereupon proceed to recover the same in the same manner as arrears of public revenue due on land.
