Landowner not to reduce wages, etc

No landowner shall by reason only of his liability for the payment of any contribution to the Fund reduce whether directly or indirectly the wages of any agricultural worker to whom the Scheme applies. The meeting of the Board shall be held at the place and time specified in the notice of the meeting issued under paragraph 11.
