Maintenance of registers and records by landowners

(1) Every landowner shall maintain such registers and records as may be prescribed. (2) The registers and records referred to in sub-section (1) shall contain, such particulars and shall be kept in such place, as may be prescribed. (i) As soon as possible after the close of each financial year, the Chief Executive shall send to each member a statement of his account in the Fund showing the opening balance at the beginning of the period, the amount contributed during the year, and the closing balance at the end of the period. (ii) Members should satisfy themselves as to the correctness of the annual statement and any error should be brought to the notice of the Chief Executive within one month from the date of receipt of the statement.
