Minutes of meeting

(1) The minutes of meetings of the Board showing inter alia the names of the Directors present thereof shall be circulated to all Directors present in the State not later than fifteen days from the date of the meeting. The minutes shall thereafter be recorded in a Minutes book as a permanent record. (2) The records of minutes of each meeting shall be signed by the Chairman after confirmation at the next meeting with such modifications, if any, as may be considered necessary.
