Superintendence, direction and control of elections

Superintendence, direction and control of elections.-

1. (1) The superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls for, and the conduct of, all elections to a market committee shall vest in the Director of Agricultural Marketing.
2. (2) The Director of Agricultural Marketing may, by notification, appoint such number of officers and staff as he may consider necessary to assist him in the performance of his functions under this Act.
