Delegation of powers of State Government and Director of Agricultural Marketing.-

1. (1) The State Government may, by notification, delegate to the Director of Agricultural Marketing or any other officer, all or any of the powers conferred on or functions exercisable by it under this Act, other than the power to make rules under section 146.
2. (2) The Director of Agricultural Marketing may, by order in writing, delegate to any officer subordinate to him, all or any of the powers conferred on or functions exercisable by him under this Act.
