Short title, extent and commencement.-
- (1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1966.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka.]1
- (3) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
