Saving (åयावृित)

Yathapurvottar ke sivaya, is adhiniyam aur iske adheen bane niyamon aur viniyamon ke upbandh, rajya mein pravrit kisi anya vidhi mein antarbhuta kisi baat ke asangat hone par bhi, prabhavi honge. Save as aforesaid, the provisions of this Act and Rules and Regulations made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law in force in the State.
